Conclusions and Recommendations
The Spring AEE/CEE was one of the most successful events hosted by Oh Canada and Oh America to date. However, to address the needs and concerns of participating schools, the following areas will be worked on to provide better results:

  1. Additional food options (more juice and fruit) will be provided.

  2. Will provide a microwave oven in the delegate’s lounge.
  3. Further work to prepare for the meeting between school representatives and our counselors will be done.
  4. Increase awareness of the on-site sign up system and better train translators and school reps on how to use the system.

Participant Comments

  1. Translators were very helpful and professional. I am very impressed with your organization and staff. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

  2. Change up the order of who’s near the entrance from city to city .Maybe reverses the numbering or something else.

  3. Very good organization and management, including per-fair contacts. But should make arrangements to accept credit card payment.

  4. The Fair is will organized and there is strong brand awareness now so students expect to come and add some research at the Fair.

  5. More meals that are easy to eat (not with knife and fork)-my booth was typically too busy for me to eat a sit down dinner.

  6. The fair in Kaoshiung is the best one that I attended in the Past 5 years.

  7. Bus ride from Taichung to Kaoshiung was long high speed train may be a faster option.

  8. Great to mix US/CA schools and mix programs.

  9. It was perfect fair. The events are always well attended with motivated students. Please continue to host these excellent events.

  10. Let us start in Kaoshiung and end in Taipei.

  11. It was great that we got a lot of on-site application through the new computer system.

  12. It was better to have different colors for the name tags.

  13. Perhaps allowing a day between Taipei to the other two venues. Overall a great event. We hope to participate in it again next year.

  14. Check list poster needs to show column for certificate programs in addiction to grad/ undergrad. As is too confusing to use without that column.

  15. Excellent job you have done for us. Thousands of thanks!!

  16. It is possible to have a microwave oven in the delegate’s lounge. The food is always cold by the time it reaches delegates.

  17. Arrange the fair set up so that participants can ask OH! America /Canada assistants upon entry about what they are looking for.

  18. Students in Taipei a good market for community college but not in Taichung or Kaohsiung. Maybe we can only attend Taipei fair next time.
