| How to Participate
Fees:
- Taipei (2 days) + Taichung (1 day) + Kaohsiung (1 day) : US$
5,500
- Early bird discount for registrations and payment received before
August 1st, 2008 will reduce the cost to US$4,950.
Fees Include:
- A 3M x 1.5M booth with one table, two chairs and overhead lighting.
The booth in Kaohsiung will be 2.5M x 1.5M
- A one-page profile in the Oh America spring sales catalogue
- A one-page profile on the Oh America web site for one year
- One translator/assistant for each day of the event
- Daily meals for one representative and your translator; extra
meals cost US$15
- Domestic ground transportation between venues (Taipei to Taichung, Taichung to Kaohsiung)
- A return high speed rail ticket from Kaohsiung to Taipei group
departure on October 22nd. Must depart with group, no
alternative booking options available.

Registration Procedure:
- Fill out the registration form and submit it to Oh America.
- An express registration form can be filled out only by those who have participated in the AEE before.
- A confirmation and invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form.
- Please fill in your school profile online. The information will be used in our sales catalogue. If you have an existing profile, please update any information that has changed.
- A general information package will be e-mailed to you after you register. The package will include the hotel & transportation booking form, an additional service requirement form and other useful information.
- All fees are due no later than September 15th, 2008. A late fee penalty of 5% will be assessed to all payments received after
this date.
